Privacy Policy

Learn how BraveCL handles information. Our apps do not collect personal or device data.

Effective: September 21, 2025

BraveCL ("BraveCL", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our macOS and iOS apps, and our support channels, handle information. Short version: our apps do not collect personal data or device data, and we do not embed analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies in our apps.

Scope

This policy covers BraveCL apps distributed through Apple’s App Store and Mac App Store and your optional interactions with us (for example, when you contact support). It does not cover third‑party websites or services linked from our apps.

Data We Do Not Collect

  • No in‑app personal data collection.
  • No device identifiers, usage analytics, or behavioral tracking.
  • No in‑app crash reporting or diagnostics transmitted to us.
  • No advertising SDKs or third‑party trackers embedded in the apps.

Apple may process diagnostics or analytics if you have opted in at the OS level. Those settings are managed by Apple and are not controlled by us. We do not receive your device diagnostics unless you deliberately choose to share logs with us when requesting support.

Purchases and App Store Data

Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds for BraveCL apps are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details or your full personal information from Apple. We may receive aggregated, non‑identifying sales reports (for example, units sold per region) that cannot be used to identify you.

When You Contact Us

If you email us or submit a support request, we process the information you choose to provide (for example, your name, email address, message content, and any attachments) solely to respond to and resolve your request. We do not sell or share this information with advertisers.

We retain support communications only as long as necessary to provide support and maintain appropriate records, and then delete or anonymize them. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@bravecl.com.

Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

Where applicable, we rely on the following legal bases under GDPR: (i) performance of a contract to provide support when you contact us; and (ii) our legitimate interests in operating and improving our apps and support, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data, and to object to certain processing. Because our apps do not collect personal data, we typically have very little (if any) data about you. If you have contacted support, you can exercise your rights by emailing support@bravecl.com.

Children’s Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International Processing

If you contact us, your communication may be processed in Brazil and other locations where we operate. We use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect support communications. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the effective date. Your continued use of our apps after a change means you accept the updated policy.
