What Watermark does
Add typed text or your own logo
Type a line of text or import a logo image. Set its size and opacity, and rotate text for a diagonal mark.
Insert a copyright line
Quick Insert adds a ready © line. One version carries a [YEAR] token that stands for the current year.
Place the mark on the photo
Drag the mark to any spot, or pick one of nine positions in the Position grid.
Check the mark on every photo
Step through the batch and see the same mark on each photo, on light and busy backgrounds, before you export.
Export copies at source resolution
Save PNG, JPEG, TIFF or BMP copies at each photo's own resolution, with a prefix or suffix added to the file name.
Reuse a setup on the next batch
On Mac, save named recipes for the mark, output format and file naming, and apply one to your next batch.
How it works
Step 1 of 4
Load your photos
Use the button for adding pictures to load the photos for the batch.
Step 2 of 4
Choose Text or Logo
Pick Text or Logo, then set the size and opacity in the panel on the right.
Step 3 of 4
Place and check the mark
Drag the mark or pick a position, then step through the photos to check it. On Mac, switch between Original and Marked to compare.
Step 4 of 4
Export the copies
Pick a format and a prefix or suffix (on Windows, also a destination folder), then export. Reveal each saved file in Finder or File Explorer.
Saves PNG, JPEG, TIFF or BMP copies at each photo's source resolution. On Windows, logos load from PNG, JPEG, BMP, TIFF and GIF files.

Questions
Does it change my original photos?
The app exports new copies. On Mac, your originals stay untouched. On Windows, keep the suffix and export to a different folder: with no prefix or suffix, saving into the source folder in the same format overwrites the originals.
Can each photo get a different mark?
No. Each batch uses one shared mark for every photo in it. On Windows, one set of settings applies to the whole run, and the mark appears once per photo, with no tiling or repeat.
Can I save my settings for the next batch?
On Mac, yes: save named recipes for the mark, output format and file naming. On Windows, no: every session starts at the defaults, and the logo has to be picked again.
Does it sign documents or capture a handwritten signature?
No. It places typed text or an imported logo on photos. It does not sign documents or capture handwriting.
On Windows, how many photos fit in one batch?
Up to 500 per session. Photos past that are dropped without a warning.
