What Photo Calendar 2027 does

  • Build a cover and monthly pages

    Choose the year and starting month. Get a cover plus 12 or 18 monthly pages, or a one-page year poster.

  • Put a different photo on each month

    Give each month its own picture and adjust the crop. Try a new theme without losing your dates.

  • Add birthdays and repeating reminders

    Add birthdays, anniversaries and repeating reminders. Review dates from a selected CSV or ICS file before adding them.

  • Print at A4, Letter or a custom size

    Choose A5, A4, A3, Letter, Tabloid or a custom page size. Adjust bleed, crop marks and binding space.

  • Export one PDF or a PNG per page

    Export a multipage PDF with selectable dates, or separate page PNGs. You can also open the system Print dialog.

How it works

  1. Step 1 of 5

    Set the year and layout

    Choose the year and starting month, then pick a format such as Wall calendar or Photo poster.

  2. Step 2 of 5

    Add a photo to each month

    Give each month its own picture, then adjust the crop.

  3. Step 3 of 5

    Add dates and reminders

    Add a birthday, anniversary or reminder with its date. Import selected CSV or ICS dates as well.

  4. Step 4 of 5

    Check the print settings

    Set paper size, bleed, crop marks and binding space, then preview at actual size.

  5. Step 5 of 5

    Export the PDF

    Use Export complete PDF to get all pages in one file, or Export PNG for every page.

Exports a multipage PDF with selectable dates, or separate PNG pages. Saves an editable .photocalendar document with its photos.

Which paper sizes can it print?

A5, A4, A3, Letter, Tabloid or a custom size. Preview at actual size before you export.

Does it print the calendar for me?

No. Printing is done on your printer or with a printing service you choose. No physical calendars are shipped.

Are all ICS recurrences imported?

No. Some complex ICS recurrences are not imported.

Is it on Windows?

Not at the moment.
