Yes. Each of the 50 photo filters can be adjusted from 0–100% opacity and mixed using 12 different blend modes including Screen, Multiply, and Overlay.

What file formats can I export?

PNG and JPEG. PNG preserves transparency if your composition includes it; JPEG creates a flattened, widely-compatible file.
